The successful candidate will have reasonable relevant experience of helping manage a premium restaurant or bar and will possess the personality traits and skills needed to deliver an outstanding guest experience, manage a profitable business, and lead a happy, effective, and well-trained team. We are looking for hands-on managers who lead from the front, and don’t shy away from getting involved.
