We are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on our thoughtfully designed development in White Waltham. About the site: De Havilland Place is a residential development comprising 79 units, delivered across three phases. Phase 1, consisting of 29 units, is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in summer 2026. Phases 2 and 3 will follow on once Phase 1 is complete. The development includes a mix of terraced and semi-detached homes. The project is expected to remain live on site for a further 18–24 months. What you'll be doing: As Site Manager, you’ll report to the Construction Director and take responsibility for managing all aspects of this site.
