QA Assistant – Hertfordshire – Medical Device About the Company: We are looking for a quality administrator or science and/or engineering graduate with excellent organisation and communication skills to join an established and expanding company in Hertfordshire. Responsibilities: • Support investigations into quality issues, managing communications and providing timely status updates., • Maintain and enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet accredited standards and regulatory requirements., • Coordinate Health & Safety, CSR, and other quality-related training activities., • Manage document control, supplier documentation, and data integrity within internal databases., • Ensure accurate record-keeping and support audits or compliance reviews., • Foster strong collaboration across internal teams, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Requirements: • A degree in Science or Engineering (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent experience., • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the confidence to engage across departments., • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills., • Ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment., • A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous learning.
