A global finance and business advisory company has a new opportunity for a PA to CEO. They operate a hybrid working pattern, working remotely up to two days and coming into the office three days per week. You will provide a high level of administration support to the chief executive and other colleagues in the executive office, as required. The company have a wonderful company culture with lovely offices based near Tower Hill. Responsibilities: Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines and diary management. Typing, compiling and preparing minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Collating and filing expenses. Conducting research on behalf of the CEO. Organising the CEO’s personal commitments including external committees, meeting preparation, booking lunches/ dinners and travel. Assisting in the management of the intranet and website, Working Groups and Special Interest Groups (SIGs), as required. Wild Is Earth Kombucha is looking for a chef/individual with catering experience interested in fermentation and fungi to prepare a unique small menu for its monthly dinner events catering for up to 20 people. Dishes will involve fermentation at its heart, experimenting with all things fermented and fungi, including kombucha. Wild Is Earth Kombucha microbrewery is based in Kentish Town, London and was officially launched on 25th May 2024 with the aim to also act as a creative, cultural and educational platform. This position is a casual hours agreement at £14 p/h depending on experience and with possibility for growth. Hoping for someone who is able to confidently experiment with new ideas and tastes and have fun creating a healthy but tasty menu with the aim to use organic, plant based, whole food ingredients while emphasising on gut health and zero waste.
