    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to support a young adult in the community. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive care and support to the individual, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence. This position requires strong leadership skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Candidates should have previous experience supporting clients with brain injury , and experience in the use of rehabilitation/ Cognitive therapy approach , as well as working in partnership with other agencies. Qualifications required include NVQ/Diploma level two/three in health & social care or equivalent (e.g., completed year 1/level 4 of a health profession degree course). Key Responsibilities: • Work under the support of the Rehab team., • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with young adult, family, and healthcare professionals., • Assist individuals with daily living activities, meal planning/ parenting tasks/ supporting with household bills / accessing local community, • Facilitate engaging activities and promote social inclusion., • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies., • complete comprehensive details records of actions and support provided, • Have good understanding of safe guarding legalisation, • Act as a key worker for designated individuals, advocating for their needs and preferences., • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Support Worker, with previous senior or supervisory experience preferred., • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)., • Qualification in Cognitive rehab approach, • Strong understanding of care principles, safeguarding, and professional boundaries., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills., • Good interpersonal skills, able to gain rapport with others., • Effective oral and written communication skills., • Experience of working alone and as part of a team, and the ability to use initiative., • The ability to recognise one’s own limitations and seek support if necessary., • Confidentiality and respect of the family circumstances., • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently., • A compassionate, patient, and resilient demeanour., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays., • Must have a valid driving licence
