This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a growing family department and play a key role in the continued development of the practice. \n \nThe role will involve handling a broad range of family and childcare matters, including care proceedings and PLO matters, private law children work, domestic abuse and injunctions, divorce and financial remedy matters, and general family disputes including cohabitation issues. You will manage your own caseload, undertake advocacy where appropriate, and contribute to the growth of both legal aid and privately funded work. \n \nThe firm is keen to speak with candidates who have around three years PQE or more, a solid grounding in family and childcare law, and a good understanding of legal aid.
