Reporting to the Duty Manager, we are looking for someone who enjoys variation and has a flexible approach to their working environment. This three star Dunstable hotel is situated just 5 minutes drive south of Dunstable Town Centre in the picturesque Bedfordshire countryside, just outside Luton on the outskirts of London. With 120 stylish en suite bedrooms and four modern purpose built meeting rooms, the hotel is the perfect choice for leisure and business travellers. We are recruiting for a full-time Telephonist at our practice based close to Chancery Lane. Full time Monday to Friday hours between 07:30 – 18:30. Weekly rota with variable shifts pattern We would prefer applicants with experience in customer service /call centre but will also consider applicants with no experience. Flexibility is required for this role. We need candidates who are flexible to work on both shifts. 07:30 - 16:00 and 10:00 - 18:30. Also to be available when needed to cover sickness and holidays sometimes at short notice.
