About the Role As part of our outstanding setting, you will: • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and our sequenced curriculum, supporting children’s holistic development., • Actively embed rights-respecting principles into daily practice, encouraging respect, empathy, and positive relationships., • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment., • Support children during key routines, including breakfast, after-school provision, play opportunities, and transitions., • Participate in training and reflective practice, contributing to the continuous improvement of our provision. Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a Level 3-qualified Early Years Educator who has: • Experience delivering high-quality practice within an Outstanding EYFS framework., • A strong commitment to promoting children’s rights and amplifying children’s voices., • Creativity, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing curiosity and independence., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork., • Energy, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
