We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our Ice protection systems team to support site sustainment design engineering enquiries and provide general department support as needed. Requirements As a Design Engineer you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product definition and ensuring ongoing product performance against requirements. Inquisitive, problem-solving skills are required as the role involves the triage and reaction to anomalies within our technology to ensure applications, systems, infrastructure & services remain available to our customers and colleagues. You will be a part of a dedicated team of IT Operations Analysts & Snr Analysts who minimise the impact of incidents on business operations and maintain high service availability and performance standards in line with our objectives. The role involves engagement at all levels within TSB, both IT and business, as well as with our IT suppliers so excellent communications & relationship management skills are key.
