A key part of the role will be coaching, developing, and supporting Registered Managers, ensuring they are equipped to lead high-performing, compliant services. The Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of how to run a commercially successful region while never compromising on care quality. You will be confident analysing performance data, managing budgets, improving occupancy, and delivering sustainable growth, while maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
