An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a highly respected and people-focused organisation based in the Hinkley area. This is a pivotal role, acting as the primary HR contact at the Hinckley site (70 employees), supporting a total headcount of 184 across 2 locations. You will work closely with the HR Director and HR Project Manager, who drive a strong values driven environment. The Role A busy, operational and hands-on HR position covering the full employee lifecycle, including: • First point of contact for HR queries, • Starters, leavers, onboarding, inductions & probation management, • Absence, performance & compliance administration, • Recruitment support (JD creation, adverts, offers, onboarding packs), • Payroll changes & contract updates, • HR data management & weekly reporting, • Supporting engagement, ESG initiatives & HR events, • Training coordination and working with external partners, • Systems management, • Full or part time considered! About You: An experienced HR Administrator, ideally CIPD level 3 or working towards a CIPD qualification. You will be enthusiastic, proactive, a strong team player and relationship builder.
