Onboarding Assistant £16.00 – 18.00 per hour Greenford 5 days in Office 1 month Temporary Assignment We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high-calibre Onboarding Assistant. This role offers exposure across all aspects of the business and would be well suited to a highly organised HR/Talent Administrator with excellent attention to detail who is looking to grow their career and is eager to learn new skills. What You'll Do: • Be the first point of contact for all onboarding queries from new starters and hiring managers., • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless employee experience., • Prepare and issue contracts of employment, offer letters, and new starter documentation., • Carry out pre-employment checks, including right to work verification and reference requests., • Schedule induction sessions and ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, system access, and information before their start date., • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems in a timely manner., • Liaise with internal departments to support a smooth transition for new employees into the business., • Monitor onboarding activities and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure compliance., • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as required., • Contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding processes and employee experience initiatives.What You'll Need:, • Previous experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Onboarding Coordinator, or within an HR administration role., • Previous experience in a support role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment., • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels., • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately., • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word., • Experience using HR systems and managing employee records is desirable., • A passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience from day one.Whether you're a recent graduate looking to build your skills and gain valuable experience, or an experienced professional seeking a new opportunity, please do get in touch with me!
