    Querky Cafe Forest Gate | E7 9BB Querky Cafe Forest Gate is looking for an experienced, reliable and energetic Barista to join our team on a part-time basis. We are a fast-paced and busy café, so we are looking for someone who is confident working under pressure and has previous barista experience. Your Responsibilities • Preparing high-quality coffee and other hot/cold drinks., • Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently., • Providing excellent customer service and engaging positively with customers., • Operating the till/POS and handling payments., • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked drinks/barista area., • Cleaning and maintaining the coffee machine, grinder and equipment., • Helping with opening and daily preparation from 6:30 AM., • Following food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards., • Supporting the wider café team during busy periods. Requirements • Previous barista experience is essential., • Experience in a busy café or hospitality environment., • Good knowledge of coffee and espresso-based drinks., • Friendly and confident personality with excellent customer service skills., • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure., • Reliable, punctual and hardworking., • Available for early morning shifts from 6:30 AM.
