The Role As a Production Operative, you’ll be part of a close-knit production team, where quality, safety, and teamwork matter. You’ll be trained to: • Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings, • Assemble and produce high-quality automotive components, • Carry out visual quality checks on your own work, • Follow clear health & safety processes designed to keep everyone safe, • Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll learn valuable skills used across modern manufacturing. Shift Pattern This role operates on a two-shift rotation: Days: • Monday – Thursday 6:45am – 3pm, • Friday – 6:45am – 2:30pm Lates: • Monday – Thursday 4:20pm – 00:35, • Friday – 2:55pm – 10:40pm You’ll need to be flexible to work all shifts and overtime when required. Shift premiums reflect this flexibility.
