This post will run from January to July with the option to move into a permanent role. You will be paid to scale from day one, and the class is supported by two teaching assistants. Job Description The school is looking for a committed and reflective teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain strong classroom routines and support pupils to make steady progress. You will plan sequences of learning with clear objectives, use assessment to guide next steps, and create a positive environment that promotes independence and confidence. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and make effective use of the two class TAs to enhance provision.
