Our client is looking for someone to start ASAP, to process weekly payroll for 300 people. This will initially be for a couple of months but could go on for longer.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a well-established organisation within the FMCG sector, known for its commitment to quality and excellence. As a medium-sized business, they offer a collaborative and professional environment where employees can contribute to impactful projects.\n\nDescription\n\nThe main purpose is to deliver the payroll collation and processing using ADP Realtime and IRIS payroll system for payment to approx. 300 employees on a weekly basis.· Take clocking information report from ADP Realtime system which contains working and absence hours for the week for input to the payroll system.\n\n· Merge the hours report into the IRIS payroll system.\n\n· Calculate the absence hours relating to holiday, sickness and any other absence.\n\n· Data submitted to IRIS through the payroll system.\n\n· Carry out any statutory requirements relating to the submission and reporting of payroll.\n\n· Review and improve payroll processes and the usage of the payroll system to remove manual intervention where possible, drive efficiency and improve reporting.\n\n· Produce reports as required for the Finance Department.\n\n· Process starters and leavers to PMI (Private Medical Insurance) and Pension Scheme as required.Profile\n\nA successful Payroll Specialist should have:\n\nStrong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.\nExperience in the FMCG industry or similar fast-paced environments.\nAttention to detail and excellent numerical skills.\nProficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.\nGood understanding of tax and pension regulations.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.Job Offer\n\nPay is negotiable depending on the candidate\nOpportunity to work within the dynamic FMCG sector.\nTemporary role offering flexibility and valuable experience.\nSupportive and professional workplace environment.If you have the skills and experience to excel as a Payroll Specialist, we encourage you to apply today.
