His grandfather was the first to bring souvlaki to the island back in 1958 and Pittagoras uses the same recipes they still use in the restaurant on the island! The company is fast growing and we are expanding; due to the popularity of our first restaurant in Tooting, we are now looking for a General Manager to join our fantastic team for our branch in Colour Factory - Hackney Wick (it is a Dark Kitchen). Our Branch Managers oversee the front of house and our back-of-house team, making it a memorable and magical place to work. Whilst being a Branch Manager on shift, they are a role model for preparing our food offering to the highest quality and standard of service to ensure our customer's experience is unique.
