Requirements: - Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred. - Previous experience as a Shift Manager or similar management role preferred. - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive and proactive attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness. - Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
