Louis Earlsfield, a new restaurant opening in September 2023, is looking for a Head Chef who can be in charge of a brand new kitchen and build a successful team. Must have at least 5 years of familiarity with Italian food. Must be able to manage a team of 6-10 persons. Must be able to keep and manage stocks while also scheduling weekly orders.
