We are seeking a Primary SEND Teacher to join our inclusive education community, specifically working with pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a spectrum of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). \n\nThis role is about more than classroom delivery; it is about being the architect of a child's success. Requirements:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised degree, with evidence of ongoing professional development.\n\nProven track record in KS1/KS2, adapting teaching for sensory, communication, SEMH, and cognitive needs.\nStrong understanding of positive behaviour support, trauma-informed practice, and EHCP frameworks.\nAbility to write high-quality IEPs and communicate professionally with families and multi-agency professionals.\n(Desirable): Training in AAC, phonics interventions, or specialist approaches related to ASD and complex needs.
