Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate must have had previous experience in a similar high end establishment and ideally within the hospitality and leisure industry. The interior is full of amazing artwork, there is a great terrace area to the front and in impressive sports bar at the rear showing all major sports events live. Your Role: To have a passion to deliver exceptional Guest service every time and be able to build rapport with Guests and the team To assist in the operational running of the venue, as a key holder you will be expected to open and close the venue and lead those shifts safely and effectively Ensuring that staff meet the standards of the venue and coaching staff where needed. Follow venue standards in regards to cash management, till and cashing up procedures. Assist in the training and development of the team To have an understanding of licensing laws and safety General Requirements: Previous experience in a late-night venue Excellent guest service skills Good communication Ability to work within a team and supervise Proactive and able to work unsupervised. An opportunity has arisen for a Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant and friendly team. Of course we expect the usual stuff on a day to day basis; great service, standardisation and some quality shaking. To be eligible for this role, you will need to demonstrate confidence in supporting a small team in a busy and high-volume hospitality environment. You must drive sales through supporting the team, and delivering speedy service with passion on the bar! We expect at least 1 year of experience working in a bar environment, and a 'work with the team' approach/attitude at all times.
