You'll drive Ustay’s brand visibility and lead generation by developing and implementing engaging, multi-channel campaigns aligned with our expansion goals in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute creative marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, email, and offline channels · Manage campaign planning, production, and performance, ensuring alignment with brand identity · Oversee PPC, SEO, email marketing, affiliate partnerships, and property listing promotions · Analyse metrics and consumer insights to optimise campaigns and budget allocation · Collaborate with sales, lettings, and management teams to generate high-quality leads · Coordinate property launches, open days, events, and PR initiatives · Build relationships with external agencies, influencers, and media partners · Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI on all initiatives Who are we looking for (qualifications, experience and skills) · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar (CIM qualification is a plus) · Experience: at least 2 years in B2C marketing roles, preferably in real estate, property, or retail · Skills & Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, email) Analytical skills for tracking performance (e.g., Google Analytics) Excellent copywriting and visual content planning Proven project management and organisational skills Ability to manage external agencies and PR activity Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla) is advantageous · Personal Attributes: Creative, proactive, excellent communicator, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

What you will do at Pasta Evangelists: - Prepare & plate our fresh pasta dishes (and other edible delights) to our high standards that will delight customers. - Prepare orders for dine-in and delivery swiftly and accurately, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest. - Be a team player and bring positivity and warmth to the kitchen and wider store environment & colleagues you work with. - Welcome each customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. - Help customers explore our menu, offering personalised recommendations and answering any questions with passion. - Create a positive dining atmosphere by being attentive and proactive in meeting customers' needs. - Follow our treasured recipes and techniques to ensure every dish meets our high standards. - Keep your workspace clean, organised, and buzzing with energy. - Keep an eye on our ingredient supplies and let the assistant store manager know if we’re running low on anything essential. - Make sure the dining area is always inviting and immaculate. - Regularly clean and sanitise tables, chairs, and other surfaces to ensure a safe environment. - Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep both customers and colleagues safe. - Pitch in with cleaning tasks when needed. - Work closely with your teammates to ensure everything runs smoothly. - Take part in team meetings and training sessions, bringing your ideas and enthusiasm. - Support your colleagues, especially during busy times, and be willing to take on additional tasks as required. Who you are: - Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but a passion for Italian cuisine is what truly matters. - Enthusiasm for learning about our menu and sharing that knowledge with customers. - Excellent communication and people skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with grace. - A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including very early morning (some shifts start at 3am), evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Bonus point!
