The Senior Project Manager - Building Services is responsible for providing leadership, management and excellence across all engineering services. This role ensures that mechanical and electrical (MEP) services are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, to cost, and to the high standards required by the business and associated stakeholders. You will integrate with multi-disciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle—from procurement and construction through to completion and close-out. Key responsibilities: This role is responsible for oversight and management of the Building Services function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant M&E systems across the business unit or region. The Senior Building Services Manager manages and mentors the Building Services team, and ensures that all construction operations adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. They drive continuous improvement in commissioning and handover processes, coordinate with commercial teams to manage cost control, value engineering, and potential disputes related to M&E scope, and review all major subcontractor technical submissions, samples, and mock-ups before client presentation.
