This role is a part-time fixed-term contract for 18 months (maternity cover) and is focused on on-line marketing, delivery of marketing campaigns and content creation. The Opportunity This role is a part-time,. fixed-term contract for 18 months (maternity cover). This role focuses on managing our on-line presence, including LinkedIn, running campaigns, creating content, coordinating events and helping shape how we present ourselves as a business. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop practical marketing experience within a professional and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the company’s LinkedIn presence, including creating and scheduling posts for both Wade and the CEO, • Maintain the Wade website, • Support the creation and distribution of company newsletters both internally and externally, • Produce and report on monthly analytics and performance metrics, • Monitoring relevant industry organisations (e.g. NEPIC, ISPE) for events and opportunities, • Organise Wade events and seasonal activities, including organising gifts and charitable donations, • Support business development activities, including maintaining target lists, assisting with initial outreach, and tracking potential leads, • Organise monthly team-wide meetings, • Provide general marketing, design and administrative support, including updating staff email signatures, creation of marketing materials and supporting ad hoc tasks as required About You Essential • Previous experience in a marketing or communications role, • Experience using Canva (or similar design tools) to create marketing content, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, • Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines, • Comfortable using LinkedIn, in a professional context, • Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks Desirable • Degree (or working towards) in Marketing, Business, or a related field, • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. ActiveCampaign or similar), • Basic understanding of email marketing, • Experience analysing social media or marketing performance data Our Offer • Company Pension Scheme, • Vitality Health Care, • Role based in: Darlington, • Employment type: Part-time (three days), fixed-term for 18 months (maternity cover)
