The Role RTA Litigation Executive - Manchester - Hybrid - up to £34,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm, widely recognised for its specialist expertise and high-quality client service. Due to continued growth within the firm’s Motor department, they are now looking to appoint a Paralegal to join their award-winning, market-leading team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a mixed caseload of litigated Motor matters across both Fast Track and Small Claims. The work is varied and hands-on, covering personal injury, credit hire, and more complex liability disputes, offering excellent exposure to a broad range of cases. You’ll be joining a collaborative and well-established team that acts for an impressive client base, including major insurers, TPAs, self-insured organisations, and commercial clients. The team has built a strong reputation within the defendant personal injury and motor space, combining technical expertise with a supportive working culture. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their litigation experience further. You’ll have the chance to work on high-quality files, carry out detailed investigations, and liaise directly with clients and third parties. While you’ll be supported by a Technical Supervisor, you’ll also be trusted to take initiative and progress your own caseload independently.
