To support that growth were looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to transform how we attract, engage and hire talent across our business. We need someone whos ready to challenge the status quo, strengthen our employer brand, and build a recruitment strategy that attracts top talent, enhances candidate and hiring manager experiences, and drives inclusive, data-led hiring. This is a hands-on, delivery focused role for someone who enjoys being close to the action in a fast-paced environment. Youll work closely with leaders across all areas of the business with a strong focus on tech, digital and marketing. Key Objectives & Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic recruitment campaigns using diverse and effective channels to attract the best talent. Develop and deliver cost-effective hiring strategies, balancing speed, quality and budget while delivering agreed OKRs and KPIs. Adopt a predominately direct sourcing model, posting roles, sourcing and screening talent and using your creative flair to attract top-tier candidates. Strengthen and evolve our EVP to attract outstanding candidates and ensure a hiring experience that reflects our culture and values. Collaborate with the brand team to enhance our employer presence across digital platforms, social channels and events. Partner closely with hiring managers to create shortlists, acting in a consultative manner and driving best hiring practice standards. Own and optimise our Applicant Tracking System and careers site, ensuring smooth tracking, insightful reporting and continuous improvement. Use data, market intelligence, and recruitment insights to inform decisions, improve processes, and develop new initiatives to stay ahead of talent trends. Build sustainable talent pipelines to support ongoing growth across the business, ensuring we attract a diverse range of candidates. Own early careers management, partnering with local universities to build long-term graduate and emerging talent pipelines. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, compensation insights and best practices. Non-Negotiables: A track record of delivering innovative hiring strategies that attract the best talent. 5+ years of proven recruiting experience, including in-house experience in a fast-paced or high growth environment. Proven experience recruiting tech, digital, marketing, or ecommerce roles. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience managing an ATS (Hireful a plus). Demonstrable track record as a trusted adviser to hiring managers. Strong direct sourcing capability, including extensive use of headhunting tools such as Linkedin Recruiter and creative attraction strategies. A strong ability to use data to track processes and identify areas for improvement. Strong understanding of recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills with internal clients and external candidates. Great team collaboration skills, adaptable and flexible to work with changing priorities and periods of high workload.
