Operational Support · Assist with improving administrative processes and office efficiency. · Support coordination between teams and departments. · Help maintain organised workflows and documentation systems. Requirements · 10+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, office management, or administrative roles. · Hands-on experience using accounting software (preferably Xero, although on-the-job training can be provided). · Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Balanced communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) · Experience working in a small or medium-sized business environment is desirable.
