Operating across more than 70 partner kitchens, we create delivery-first food brands and provide operators with the products, systems and training required to grow incremental revenue through delivery platforms. Everything sits under one roof: development kitchen, manufacturing kitchen, testing kitchen and HQ. We are now hiring a Head of Food to take full ownership of our food innovation pipeline, seasonal refreshes, product quality and menu execution. PERSONAL ASSISTANT/TEAM ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: UXBRIDGE (HYBRID WORKING 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE PER WEEK) EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 6 MONTHS FTC PAY RATE: £42,000 PER ANNUM WITH 5% BONUS (PRO RATA) Key responsibilities: • This role is to take the administrative tasks off the UKI ROC team so they can focus on proactive activity, • Manage daily updates on new and existing projects / meetings, • You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, able to prioritise workload and efficiently maintain central admin records for the team., • You will need to be highly organised, have an excellent command of the English language both written and oral and have a proven experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and online portals (ERP systems will be a bonus) Duties: • Support Brand Leads, KAMS, HBMs and Head Office team (SP, RX & PO), • Support with all contracts and meetings – Peer to Peer and 3rd Party Meetings, • Manage promotional material list with DHL - distribution and withdrawal, • Raise suppliers and management of payments, • Contract creation and management via Agiloft, • Administer access to online portals, keeping it up to date, • Support with Transfer of Value submission, • Conference planning and support, • Maintaining database with training records, • ITC coordination and on-boarding, • Assist in drafting and revising confidentiality agreements and contracts, • To support the team in planning and preparing for meetings and presentations (HOC and Regional), • Support the business in PR and Marketing activity in conjunction with the Communications Department. This activity may also include external enquiries., • To assist in representing the Company to customers and stakeholders, • Provide efficient assistance to UKI ROC, including support with meeting logistics / communication, expense tracking vs budgets, PO generation, agenda and minutes management, catering requirements, • Manage Purchase order and Receipts for the UKI team, • Assist with functional meetings and take minutes and actions with follow through, • Printing and administration of documentation that requires signature, • Manage transport and logistics for UKI and function., • Ensure a positive image of the UKI function through all communications and interactions, taking leadership for the updating and maintenance of the internal functional SharePoint sites, ensuring that information is kept up to date Requirements: • Communicative, organised, flexible and committed, you must have:, • Highest level of integrity and understanding of how to work in a confidential environment, • Experience working as an administrator in a marketing / commercial environment with experience of developing and implementing effective processes, • Pharmaceutical/ Lifesciences background is a plus, • CRM Management experience, • Educated to at least A Level or similar, • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including competency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, • Experience of working with E1 type systems (POs, invoices etc) SharePoint and Veeva systems an advantage, • Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities, occasionally to tight deadlines, • Makes day to day decisions individually or collaboratively within immediate work area, ensuring peers understand decisions taken, • Sets high personal standards and has a desire for success, • Proactive with a focused and structured approach to work - although able to change direction if require, • Genuine team player with a supportive and helpful approach to all internal and external personnel

Job Description • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys (including: existing and prospective customers, competitors’ channel partners, channel coverage and sales strategy, etc.), identify new sales opportunities and market trends., • Develop and implement channel sales strategies, create short and long term business plans to increase sales revenue., • Build and maintain sustainable relationship with existing and potential Tier-1 distributors to diversify distribution channels., • Develop new Tier-2 distributors for HIKVISION brand, HIlook, EZVIZ and other new businesses; regularly evaluate their performance, qualification, capability in order to maximize channel coverage in regional market., • Responsible for annual & quarterly target settings for distributors; follow up with KPIs linked to these targets., • Coordinate quarterly business review meetings and review business development progress against agreed plans., • Responsible for weekly/monthly revenue tracking/forecast; manage stock levels & stock rotations, credit notes, payment terms, rebate policy, price list & special pricing issues, channel incentive programme., • Deliver product and commercial education and training in conjunction with business partners., • Plan, implement and follow up with distributors’ marketing activities (such as product/solution roadshow, seminar, workshop, forum etc.) with marketing team., • Responsible for contract management of channel partners; utilize internal and external resources ensuring deliveries of orders are in timely and accurate manner, as well as timely collection of accounts receivable., • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint., • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal., • Strong communication skills as well as excellent negotiation skills., • Good analytical skills.

As the UK/IE team grows, the role will take on management responsibility for the sales field team. Key Objectives & Responsibilities • Responsible for the rapid growth of the Network. Ensuring that new Partners are identified and that new Retailers are onboarded effectively, monitoring progress of contractual matters, training, systems access, logistics, sales process, etc., • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Retailer/Distributor Partners at both Distributor and individual Group/Retailer level. A collaborative approach is required as the brand grows in Ireland, so building trust and a spirit of working towards a common goal is essential., • Monitor and drive Retailer sales performance and continuously identify opportunities for Retailers and BYD to make improvements to grow. Spread best practices amongst the network through individual and group meetings and communications., • Ensure that BYD are delivering an excellent level of Customer Experience. Identify areas of improvement and drive change within BYD UK and Ireland or the network., • Ensure that relevant product, marketing, training and sales programmes information is shared effectively and understood by relevant members of the Distributor/Retailer team., • Take responsibility for resolving any issues experienced by Retailers and customers, either directly or by ensuring that the appropriate members of the team are dealing with the issue effectively. Direct involvement in any issues will allow the causes to be identified and suggest and implement the required changes to processes or systems., • Manage the wholesale ordering of new vehicles by distributors and Retailers to ensure that the volume and mix of stock is sufficient to achieve the required sales volume, but also ensuring that rapid stock turn is achieved., • Oversee Retailer Marketing activity and facilitate collaboration with the central marketing team to ensure activity is consistent and effective. Analyse activity levels against sales rates and suggest and encourage increased activity focused on opportunity channels or models as required., • Monitor the level of incoming enquiries and ensure excellent lead management processes are in operation at all Retailers.
