We are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed professional financial services firm entering an exciting phase of expansion across the South East and London. As part of this growth, a newly created Business Development Manager role has been established within the firms central Growth team. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer, to drive new client acquisition and play a key role in scaling the business. This is not a traditional BD role it offers genuine scope to influence strategy, build long-term client relationships and contribute directly to the firms ambitious growth journey. The Role Working as part of a dedicated Growth function, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across targeted sectors. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing lead generation strategies in collaboration with marketing, • Identifying and engaging prospective clients across key markets, • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, introducers and industry contacts, • Working closely with Partners to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships, • Supporting the sales process with insight, materials and coordination, • Managing and maintaining a structured pipeline through CRM systems, • Aligning outreach activity with wider marketing campaigns We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused individual who thrives in a growth environment. xrnqpay You will have: • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, • Ideally experience within professional services, finance or a consultative sales environment, • Strong prospecting and pipeline-building capability, • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, • The ability to understand and articulate complex client needs, • Strong organisational and project management skills, • Join a private equity-backed business with a clear 5-year growth plan, • Work directly with senior leadership and influence growth strategy, • Be part of a newly formed team with real scope to shape your role, • Exposure to acquisitions, expansion and high-level commercial activity, • Opportunity for long-term progression and potential equity participation, • Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am 5:30pm)
