Major tasks & responsibilities (70% field) Strategic plan development in close collaboration with Marketing and Head Medical Affairs Execution of the Medical Affairs launch strategy plan at country level. • Mapping and management of KOLs on the disease, • Develop links with and support national networks in the therapeutic area, • In collaboration with Market Access, ensure product Access and in local guidelines, • Organizing local Advisory Boards (content, objectives, speakers, attendees), • Local publications and congress posters within strategy of the product, • First medical HCP contact at Congresses and symposia,, • Content input, providing medical slide decks, briefing KOLs for congress and symposia presentations, within brand strategy, • Medical information on requests to HCPs and medical Presentations to HCPs within Brand strategy, • Handling Investigator-Initiated trials (IIT): Internal approval and contracting, • Approval of contracts for external (consultancy/speaker) activities with HCPs, • Develop medical training decks and give medical training for commercial colleagues in the field on disease and product, • Medical scientific and strategic input on Marketing projects and materials in collaboration with Marketing Manager, • Ensure all Medical and Marketing projects, materials and presentations are compliant to pharmaceutical codes.
