Propel Search is looking for a part or fully-qualified Management Accountant to join a global Recruitment firm in Leeds. 📍 Location: Horsforth (Leeds) 📅 Start date: January 2026 About the Role: You will be responsible for the production of timely, complete, and accurate management accounts, supported by reconciliations and auditable financial records including Cashflow Forecasting, Financial reporting to Operations, oversight of the subledger team, close involvement in the annual company audit, preparation, and reporting of KPI information, period/month end management and with regular communication with senior management throughout. You will also assist with review and development of financial processes to ensure they meet the ongoing needs of the business, as well as assisting with the periodic, quarterly, and Annual Plan processes as required. You will act as the first line ‘go to’ supervisor for the Accounts Payable, Banking, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions.
