Responsibilities: • Support day-to-day BAU network troubleshooting across customer environments., • Assist with network projects, upgrades, and deployments., • Work with Layer 2 networks, LAN, wireless, and firewall technologies., • Learn and support solutions built around Cisco-led networking platforms., • Shadow and support a Senior Network Engineer on more complex issues and projects., • Travel to customer sites where required to support installations or troubleshooting., • Build documentation and develop best-practice troubleshooting skills., • Actively develop technical skills and progress toward more responsibility over time. Skills / Must Have: • A genuine interest in networking and infrastructure., • Understanding of core networking concepts (LAN, switching, wireless, firewalls)., • Willingness to learn, develop, and be part of a long-term journey., • Comfortable working remotely with the flexibility to travel when required., • Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers. Nice to Have (but not essential): • CCNA or working toward it., • Exposure to HPE Aruba or Cisco Meraki., • Basic understanding of Azure networking., • UK driving licence.
