Responsibility: • To carry out all duties assigned by the Group Reservations Manager and Duty Manager • To ensure the smooth running of all functions of the reception desk • To allocate tables in the most efficient way possible to maximise bookings • To re-confirm reservations in accordance with Wolfox booking policy • To greet customers in a polite and efficient manner and to show them to their tables promptly. • To ensure that a base of regular customers is rapidly established and maintained by personal contact and customer recognition • To consider the customer’s satisfaction at all times by acting on customer’s requests promptly and efficiently • To handle minor customer complaints efficiently and courteously within the guidelines laid down by the Manager and to tactfully refer more serious customer complaints to the Manager/Floor Manager • To ensure that the reception desk and reception area is always clean and immaculately tidy • To ensure the Menus, allergy menus and wine lists are up to date and ensure their cleanliness prior to each service. • To ensure that you are always punctual for your shifts and properly presented as specified in the staff manual and dress code • To ensure you have a full working knowledge of Wolfox Restaurants as specified in the staff handbook. • To become familiar with the hygiene and Health and Safety policy and to ensure, by good housekeeping. • To bid farewell to all customers as they leave • To maximize sales by being able to make informed recommendations and suggestions to guests Skills and Personal attributes required • Communication skills • Customer service centric • Drive and energy • Building working relationships • Team player • Problem-solving

The role of Head Bartender: - Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. - Maintain high standards for drink preparation, presentation, and overall bar aesthetics in line with company standards. - Prepare and serve beers, world wines as well as a variety of cocktails, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. - Providing exceptional guest service by engaging patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. We are looking for an enthusiastic morning person who loves coffee, people and all things food to join our team. We are a small family run deli/coffee shop. The role is ideally for a person looking to work at least 5 days, opening up the shop. Start time is 6.30am. From 20 hours. This role will need the candidate to be able to make great coffee at speed, as well as taking payment and setting up shop. It may involve some minor cooking but can be taught easily (no prior cooking experience needed).

We are hiring a night shift worker to complete deep cleaning, minor repairs and decorating work across a portfolio of sites in London. We are looking for a full time operative who could either work 4, 5 or 6 days per week. You will be given a fully equipped van to use for work purposes. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards are achieved across the sites and should have experience with scrub machines, steam cleaners and painting/decorating. This is a MONTHLY paid job.
