Capital Plans / Business Cases: • Manage the site Risk Register, identifying, prioritising and shortlisting major risks to the client business., • Presenting potential high-risk or critical projects to the client for inclusion within Capital Investment Plans., • Develop and present robust business cases to the client for capital projects, such as equipment or infrastructure upgrades, supported with ROM cost estimates and programme timelines to allow the client to make informed decisions on their assets.
