This hybrid role requires both clinical and administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the practice and the highest standard of patient care. Key Responsibilities: Clinical (Dental Nursing): Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare and maintain the clinical environment and instruments. Ensure all equipment is sterilised and cleaned in accordance with infection control protocols. Accurately maintain patient records and charting. Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients. Offer reassurance and support to patients, especially those who may be anxious. Comply with current legislation, guidelines, and practice policies.
