This will be paid at 50% commission on all sales with no base salary you will gain recurring revenue for sales post execution for the lifecycle of your customers. This will enable you to build ongoing revenue each month for every customer you make a sale for. 5 Marketing Support and Resources: Leverage our rigorous marketing campaigns to attract leads. Access confirmed leads through our telemarketing department. Utilize brochures, novelties, and marketing materials to enhance sales efforts. We are searching for an experienced and self-motivated individual, ideally qualified in Afro Caribbean hair, with leadership skills practiced in a busy salon environment. The position would be well suited to someone who is both experienced in Afro-Caribbean hair techiques and braiding, can lead by example and has a ‘sleeves rolled up' attitude. Roles & Duties: Style hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and up-dos Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks, including braids, ponytails, and buns Apply hair treatment products, as needed (e.g. colour protection creams, conditioner and hydrating masks) Educate clients and promote other salon services Provide hair care services including shampooing, cutting, colouring and styling. Install wig installation, sew in weaves Trained in trimming, chemical processing, bleaching, dyeing and tinting of hair. Perform hair detangling service. Perform micro-links is an added advantage. Advise customers on home hair care tips. Maintain & micro manage operation of the salon ensuring a clean workstation, and clean and organised space. This is a commission-based position. We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Appointment Setter to support our UK-based creative and digital marketing agency explore and convert in new niches. The successful candidate will conduct cold calls to businesses provided on a list, aiming to book discovery calls with our senior team members. The candidate will: - Follow up with business owners to establish rapport and strengthen connections. - Perform research on businesses before initiating contact. - Participate in training sessions to refine outreach strategies. - Maintain open communication with our team to address any issues or questions that arise. - Have ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Be native / fluent in English with excellent communication skills. We have identified four target niches and developed guideline scripts to follow for each. While we can provide lists of leads to call, it would be a bonus if you're also able to proactively build additional lists of contacts based on the niche information provided. While it's not a requirement, if you have the capability to provide recordings of your calls along with reports, it would be a valuable bonus. This will greatly assist us in learning and developing our scripts.
