• Regional Sales Executive / BDM • Technical Solutions (Hospitals / Schools / Public Commercial Buildings) • Consultative, multi-stakeholder sales with Estates/FM, Contractors, Consultants End Users • Basic salary up to £40,000 (DOE) • Bonus (open-ended) + Car Allowance • Pension benefits • Home-office / field based • Region 7 – North East Yorkshire (Northumberland down to Lincoln) • UK – Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, York, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Lincoln • Living on patch e.g. Leeds, York, Sheffield, Durham, Newcastle, Hull, Doncaster, Harrogate, Huddersfield, etc. We’re hiring a front-line salesperson to win and grow business for a respected British manufacturer supplying specialist technical solutions into hospitals, schools and complex buildings . You don’t need industry-specific experience — we’re looking for someone with a few years in sales , strong people skills, and a genuine technical mindset who’s excited to learn product and take ownership of a region. The Candidate: 2–5 years’ successful sales experience (field or internal) — sector agnostic Technical curiosity / mindset — comfortable learning how products work and explaining value Background in Hospitality or Retail sales highly regarded (great service, pace, resilience) Experience engaging Estates, Facilities, Project Managers, Contractors/Integrators (nice to have) Any exposure to capital/technical solutions or public-sector environments (schools/NHS/LAs) is a plus Confident new-business hunter who can also nurture and develop accounts Organised, credible communicator , able to plan the week and run your territory Full UK driving licence ; lives on patch (North East/Yorkshire) What You’ll Do: Own a geographic territory across North East Yorkshire Open doors and grow revenue with end users, contractors and consultants Run the full sales cycle: discovery, site visits, proposals, presentations, close Coordinate with technical specialists to design solutions and support installs Build long-term relationships ; represent the brand at meetings and events Package: Up to £40,000 basic (DOE) Bonus (open-ended) Car allowance Pension benefits Full product and technical training , clear progression routes Please click Apply , or contact Craig McDonald at Mercury Hampton directly.
