A&E Nurse Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment., • Triage patients efficiently and accurately based on medical urgency., • Perform advanced clinical procedures such as IV insertion, wound care, and emergency resuscitation., • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans., • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records., • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families., • Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality., • Participate in ongoing professional development and training. A&E Nurse Qualifications: • Registered Emergency Room Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution., • Minimum of 4 years of experience in emergency medicine., • Currently a member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) from the United Kingdom., • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications., • Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is desirable., • Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-stress situations., • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
