Credit Controller Roles & Responsibilities As a Credit Controller, you will join the finance team and take responsibility for managing accounts receivable balances. This role focuses on maintaining accurate customer accounts, clearing outstanding balances and ensuring effective credit control processes. A strong understanding of customer relationships and internal processes will be essential to successfully manage credit risk and cash collection.
