What You Will Bring Qualifications • Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline Experience • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, SFE, Commercial Analytics or similar roles in the pharmaceutical industry, • CRM system experience (Veeva/Salesforce) preferred, • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tools, • ABPI or pharma-related certification advantageous, • Proficient in CRM analytics and territory management, • Demonstrated understanding of sales incentive schemes and field KPIs, • Previous experience manipulating and interpreting pharma sales data (e.g., IQVIA), • Strong business acumen and experience in data storytelling for commercial stakeholders, • Familiarity with call planning, segmentation, and targeting strategies Core Competencies • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, • Ability to synthesize complex data into simple business insights, • High level of proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems, • Effective communicator and able to present complex data in business-friendly formats, • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, • Demonstrates integrity and strong ethical standards, • Team player with strong collaboration skills and growth mindset. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience • Graduate degree (Life Sciences or IT preferred) or equivalent relevant experience., • 1–2 years’ experience working with RIM systems or other regulatory platforms., • Experience as a system super-user, trainer, or SME in structured data topics such as xEVMPD or IDMP., • Understanding of Regulatory and R&D business processes., • Basic knowledge of EU regulatory procedures (Centralised, Decentralised, MRP)., • Familiarity with regulatory submission types (MAAs, Variations, Renewals, CTAs, DSURs, etc.).
