    We are seeking a enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our Warm Rosette Pub in Barnes! We’re a community-focused pub in Barnes, with a strong reputation for great food, drinks and service. Alongside our everyday pub trade, we host a wide range of events, from birthdays and private parties to weddings, celebrations and larger gatherings. We’re looking for someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality and understands what it takes to run a successful pub. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day to day running of The Crossing. You’ll be a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable managing a busy Friday night, overseeing a private celebration or making sure the cellar is running perfectly. You’ll help ensure that our guests receive consistently excellent service while supporting the team and maintaining the high standards we expect across the pub.
