About the Firm Our client is a well-established, full-service law firm with a broad commercial client base. The firm primarily supports SMEs, while also advising occasional PLCs and insurance-sector clients. The employment team works closely with the corporate department, providing integrated legal support on transactions, restructures, and business-critical employment matters. This collaborative approach ensures exposure to high-quality work and strategic advisory matters beyond day-to-day employment issues. The Role – Employment Solicitor This position sits within a small but growing employment team led by the Head of Employment, alongside a junior solicitor and a paralegal.
