Part time accountant book keeper
We are currently recruiting for a part-time book-keeper/finance officer to work within our hotel group. Our group owns two small to medium hotels in central London and the job will cover both hotels. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: • Book-keeping • VAT and PAYE applications • Auditing • P&L Summary Reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Further Detailed Monthly Management Accounts on a departmental level, e.g. F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance / Renovations • Payment Reconciliation: ensure all bank accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis • Cashflow Forecasting Reports & Budgeting It is essential to have experience in hotel book-keeping/accounting/finance, and to have detailed knowledge in Microsoft Excel. The candidate must also have an analytical mindset and be someone capable of taking both the initiative and lead on tasks.

As Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant you will play a key sole role. Our practice has a strong varied client base within different industry sectors comprising of a range of large, medium and small enterprises. We are also Chartered Tax Advisers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience of preparing accounts to trial balance, VAT returns and bookkeeping and may be AAT qualified/part qualified, or QBE.
