If you’re confident on the phone, target-driven, and know how to open doors, this role gives you clear structure, clear rewards, and room to grow. What You’ll Do • Make outbound calls to UK businesses to generate high-quality leads., • Book appointments and demos for the senior sales team., • Speak confidently with decision makers and handle objections professionally., • Log accurate notes in HubSpot CRM and keep records up to date., • Confirm every booked appointment 48 hours before the meeting., • Hit daily KPIs and work closely with Sales Management to keep diaries full. What You’ll Bring • Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting., • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills., • A clear track record of hitting targets., • Good organisation and consistent follow-through., • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (preferred). Salary & Rewards Base Salary • £20,000 per annum (for 30 hours per week). Commission – Tiered by Deal Size You earn commission when a deal you booked is installed and the first invoice is paid. • Small system (1–5 handsets): £50, • Medium system (6–20 handsets): £100, • Large system (20+ handsets): £150 Commission is paid the month after installation. Only appointments with the decision maker and complete CRM notes qualify. Monthly Performance Bonus Hit consistent activity and booking targets, earn extra: • 20 demos booked in a month → £100 bonus, • 30 demos booked in a month → £200 bonus Simple. Transparent. Earn more by delivering consistent results. We run a range of educational and enrichment activities, including: • Special Educational Needs (SEN) groups, • Preschool sessions, • Holiday schemes, • 1:1 tutoring and dyslexia support, • A variety of creative and learning-based activities for children About the Role This is a flexible, mostly remote position for someone who can take charge of QuestLearn’s digital presence. You’ll be responsible for keeping our website and Instagram fresh, engaging, and up to date. You’ll also work closely with our CEO and team to create campaigns that highlight our sessions and build our online community.
