A successful Chef de Partie for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity Passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow. Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices. Good communication and teamwork skills. Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude in a busy kitchen environment. Culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 1 or 2) is a plus but not essential.
