You must have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised, as with batch cooking the stakes are high: one missing ingredient and you will have to chuck the entire batch (100+ bottles). Cook times are short and recipes are "simple" but perfect timings are everything so you must keep a watchful eye on all four times. No jar can go out with a crack or a hair. You must have previous batching and quality control experience.
