Are you an empathetic, firm, and proactive pastoral practitioner looking to make a lasting difference in Blackpool? \n We are recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker / Pastoral Manager to join a caring, community-focused secondary school in Blackpool. \n In this vital role, you will be the go-to person for students (ages 11-16) facing social, emotional, behavioural, or attendance hurdles.
