As a Hygiene Team Leader, you will manage, develop, and lead the team of In-House hygiene technicians safely and effectively whilst driving behavioural safety within the team to achieve and maintain a ‘Audit Ready Standards’ approach to site cleaning standards. Responsibility :- 1. Have the ownership in their responsibilities and make sure the members of their team clearly understand what they need to do on a daily basis, 2. Create a positive and safe working environment with the members of their team, 3. To report for the daily issues including personnel to their supervisors in a timely manner, 4. Making sure all staff understand and follow all procedures throughout the factory, 5. Have ownership of the duties in the area that you are assigned to in any aspect of operation including machinery, personnel training and daily hygiene cleaning documents. Summary of Duties :- Under the direction of the Hygiene Supervisor the Team Leader is required to: • Health & Safety: Through QR Code system deliver unsafe condition and unsafe behavioral audits with actions 3 per week per Team Leader, • To achieve a 'right first time' clean, following set work instructions and safety, • Control Hygiene team members at all times to make sure they wear PPE., • To identify any issues when they arise and report to your Hygiene Supervisor, • Timely and accurate completion of related documents and records., • To ensure hygiene operatives cleaning machines are following the correct guidelines as per CIC., • To manage the hygiene staff on the shift to ensure they are proactive and carry out their job roles in a safe and effective manner., • Carry out start-up/inspection checks of cleaning equipment and report any damages., • Supervise allocated hygiene staffs daily, to ensure the smooth running of the shift and task completion in an efficient manner., • Ensure the factory production areas kept tidy throughout the day, in particular keeping the floors clear and rubbish regularly removed., • Arrange interim cleaning of work surfaces including chiller shelving, table tops and chopping boards., • Actively participate deep cleans and be responsible for hygiene factory documents., • Ensure the smooth running of the tray wash machine and conveyors, provision of clean trays for the Production and reporting any issues or faults that may occur., • Ensure clear understanding of hygiene key inspection points from CIC, • Ensure smooth running of hygiene duties at all times, prioritising tasks and reporting any issues to the Hygiene Supervisor., • Report any Health and Safety issues or accidents immediately to the Hygiene Supervisor or to the Hygiene Manager., • To keep a positive working environment with the members of their team through positive people engagement, • Adherence to COSHH regulations and safe handling of chemicals at all times., • Replenish chemicals

As an Epicor 10/Kinetic Business System Manager (ERP), you will be important in maintaining, customising, and optimising the ERP system to meet our company's evolving needs. You will collaborate with all parties to improve workflows, create solutions, and ensure integration with other systems. Responsibilities • ERP / Epicor, • To provide subject matter expertise of the Epicor system - Understand how Epicor is used in our business and identify opportunities for efficiency and business process improvements, • Day-to-day and on-going management of Epicor ERP for optimum performance, • Identify and resolve issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as functional expert for Epicor to resolve issues that are raised., • Direct and manage multiple ERP / Epicor projects of varying complexities from Business Case to full deployment of new or upgraded versions of Epicor into IT, Finance and Distribution while identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project., • Work with third party suppliers to gather information or facilitate conversations to deliver our projects., • Works with Epicor Consultants and Epicor Customer Support to ensure full utilisation of the software, and resolution of user and implementation issues, • Planning/managing future improvements/customisations and upgrades to EPICOR, • Epicor training for employees, • IT Management (in conjunction with IT support partners), • Oversee and direct the service received from our selected IT support partners to ensure excellent availability of IT services for all employees, • Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources., • Ensuring of the smooth running of all IT systems and software on a day-to-day basis Requirements • University degree or equivalent in the field of computer science with around 4 years relevant experience, ideally gained in a logistics, finance or distribution background., • Good understanding of Epicor ERP, ideally with past experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst with strong SQL skills, • Proficiency in C#, SQL, SSRS, REST API, KPIs, development, integration, customisation, dashboards, ERP upgrades and BPM/BAQ, • Solid understanding of developing and implementing solutions for ERP business processes, including production, finance, warehousing, distribution, intercompany and supply chain, • ERP maintenance, support, training, and project management, • Collaboration with ERP consultants and Epicor Customer Support, • Any experience with website e-commerce integration, Marketing, CRM, SharePoint and Power BI, • Any primary IT system skills will be appreciated, • High competence in project and stakeholder management, • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, • A ‘hands on’ and practical approach, acts strategically whilst leading and directing on execution and implementation, • Willingness to travel to our Nottingham site from time to time
