Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and advising on suitable hair care solutions. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations. Mentor junior staff or apprentices where applicable, sharing knowledge and techniques to support their development. Assist with store management tasks as required, including stock replenishment and maintaining product displays. Skills Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of colour work and styling techniques. Proficiency in barbering is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Organized with the ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently. Capable of mentoring junior staff or apprentices to foster growth within the team.     Job Description We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the commercial performance and operational efficiency of our telecommunications retail business. The role will focus on analysing sales, customer, and product data to inform business decisions, optimise performance, and support revenue growth across our Vodafone franchise operations.
