We’re looking for Home Care Assistants to join our dedicated team providing exceptional support to clients in their own homes across Carlisle and the surrounding areas. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, offering you a rewarding opportunity to support others while building a career in care. What You’ll Do As a valued member of our care team, you’ll: • Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes., • Assist with medication administration (training provided)., • Support mobility and use equipment safely where needed., • Promote clients’ well-being and independence., • Keep accurate care records and communicate effectively with your team., • Work flexibly across a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle.
